The Garden Side Seaview Deluxe Studio is a serene 30 sq.m. space designed to offer an authentic experience of relaxation right by the sea.
Although the interior does not have a direct sea view, the studio is located on the seafront — and its private patio faces the sea, just steps away from the water. From there, guests can enjoy both the beauty of the lush Mediterranean garden and the blue of the Ionian Sea ahead.
Beautifully decorated in natural tones, the studio combines elegance with comfort. It features a high-quality double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m / 63 x 79 in) with a premium mattress that ensures a restful sleep, along with two single beds ideal for families or friends. The private bathroom with shower offers complimentary shampoo and shower gel, while the fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, fridge, and all essential cookware and tableware. For added comfort, the studio also provides air conditioning and a flat-screen TV.
Outside, the private patio opens directly to the front garden of the property, where the sea and nature meet in perfect harmony — creating a peaceful and refreshing setting for your stay.

Please note that breakfast and meals are not included or provided as a service in the accommodation. However, as a gesture of hospitality, a complimentary basket is provided in your studio and replenished daily. It includes sugar, instant coffee, a selection of teas, two chocolate croissants, milk portions, marmalade, honey, butter, and crisp toasts — a small treat to make your mornings a bit sweeter during your stay.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: from 14:00. Guests arriving before 14:00 are welcome to relax in the garden area until their studio is ready, and our team will personally escort them once preparation is complete. After 13:00, check-in is contactless only. This means there is no physical presence of staff on-site at the time of your arrival.
You will receive detailed instructions and videos showing the way to access your accommodation, sent to you one day before or on the day of your arrival via WhatsApp.Please ensure that the WhatsApp application is installed on your phone so you can easily receive and view these materials.
The keys will be waiting for you at your door upon arrival.

HOUSE RULES
Towels are changed every 2 days, and bed linen every 4 nights.
Waterside Apartments is a family-run accommodation offering self-catering studios and apartments by the sea.
We are not part of the hotel category — instead, we focus on providing a more peaceful and independent stay experience, with attention to comfort and detail.
Our housekeeping team is present six days out of seven, ensuring that all studios are cleaned and well maintained.They work with dedication, consistency, and professionalism to provide a pleasant and comfortable environment for every guest.
To allow them a short rest, the team has one day off per week, during which no room cleaning is carried out.
You will be informed in advance which day this will be, so that if you need anything (for example, extra towels or supplies), we can arrange it beforehand.
