Terms & Policy

​PAYMENT POLICY 

  • In order to secure your booking a deposit of 50% will be required.

  • The remaining balance must be paid 40 days before arrival.

  • For reservations 40 days before arrival the total cost of reservation must be paid.

  • Room Rates are applied per room and include V.A.T. and local tax (Climate TAX: 2€ / night).

CANCELLATION POLICY

Both the deposit and the remaining balance are non-refundable under all circumstances.

​

  • Deposit: A 50% deposit of the total reservation cost is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable.

  • Remaining balance: The remaining 50% must be paid 40 days prior to arrival. This payment is also non-refundable.

  • We would like to inform you that our current policy does not allow free modifications or refund to your reservation dates.

  • No refund for less days prior of your arrival or during your staying can be made.

  • This policy cannot be altered for covid -19 related issues.  ιn case of refund for any reason, the commission from the bank will be burden the guest and not the accommodation.

CHECK-IN POLICY

Check-In time: 15:00 - 21:00

Check in can be performed contactless (if your arrival is later than 21:00 it can be arranged, but only upon request)

Check-Out time: 10:00

ARRIVAL AT THE PROPERTY

Contact the property one day prior to arrival to be informed on the check-in process and to get your keys.
